Urban Klean provides on-demand home services including but not limited to cleaning, maintenance, repairs, and specialized services through our platform. We connect customers with verified service professionals.

• Provide accurate information when booking services
• Be present at the service location during the scheduled time
• Ensure safe working conditions for our professionals
• Treat our service professionals with respect
• Pay for services as agreed upon booking

All our service professionals are background verified and trained. However, Urban Klean acts as a platform connecting customers with service providers and is not directly responsible for the actions of individual service professionals.

• All prices are clearly displayed before booking confirmation
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
• We accept multiple payment methods including cash, cards, and digital payments
• Additional charges may apply for emergency or after-hours services

• Free cancellation up to 2 hours before scheduled service time
• Cancellation within 2 hours may incur a cancellation fee
• No-show customers will be charged the full service amount
• Emergency cancellations will be handled case-by-case

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will either redo the service free of charge or provide a refund as appropriate.

Urban Klean's liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We maintain insurance coverage for property damage and other incidents, but our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
